Classic.com is the leading online marketplace and data platform for specialty cars. We are data geeks and car enthusiasts focused on making it easy to find, price, and sell classic and exotic cars. The industry relies on our data, tools, and subscription products to move inventory faster and build trust with buyers. We’re a small, fast-moving team where individual contributors have real ownership over outcomes.
The Role
We’re hiring a Marketing & Sales Enablement Specialist to own the day-to-day execution behind our go-to-market efforts. As our 2nd marketing hire, you’ll work directly with our VP of Marketing & Sales Enablement. This is a rare chance to put your fingerprints on a growing marketing function from the ground floor: take a brief, run with it, and see your work move the business. We need someone who thrives with autonomy in a fully remote environment.
While our team is fully remote, this role includes monthly in-person meetings in the Boston area. Candidates in the greater Boston metro area are strongly preferred.
What You’ll Do:
- Campaign execution: Build, test, and scale recurring campaigns that drive demand, subscription growth, and dealer sign-ups across email, direct mail, paid ads, and organic social.
- Sales enablement: Build and maintain the materials that help sales close — pitch decks, proof-point sheets, onboarding guides, FAQs, and how-to content.
- CRM automation & reporting: Manage prospect segments, automations, and reporting in HubSpot, keeping CRM data clean and useful to sales, support, and leadership.
- Plan management: Help manage the marketing and sales enablement plan — track deliverables, keep initiatives on schedule, and flag risks before they become misses.
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, or a similar execution-focused role.
- AI-native: you actively use AI tools to do the job faster and better. We’ll ask how AI shows up in your day-to-day workflow.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM, including automations and reporting.
- Working knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and email marketing tools.
- Strong writing and communication skills — able to adapt tone and format across web copy, email, and sales collateral.
- Proven ability to work self-sufficiently and sustainably in a fully remote environment, with minimal oversight.
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
- Experience in online marketplaces and/or the automotive vertical is preferred, but not required.
Compensation & Structure:
- Competitive salary of $60,000–$80,000, depending on experience
- Remote work from anywhere in the U.S. (Boston area strongly preferred)
- A supportive team culture built around professional growth
- Comprehensive benefits, including 401(k) match and full insurance coverage
