This full-time remote position is open to US-based candidates and follows Eastern Time hours.


The Role

We’re hiring an Account Executive to sell B2B subscriptions directly to dealers and specialty sellers. This is a full-cycle sales role: you’ll build and work your own target list, run outbound phone prospecting, qualify and close deals, and manage a pipeline with discipline. You’ll report into our sales leadership and operate with real autonomy — but also real accountability for hitting number.

This isn’t a role for someone who wants inbound leads handed to them. We need someone with conviction about sales fundamentals: picking up the phone, working a list, handling objections, and closing.


What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect relentlessly. Build and work a target list of dealers in the collector/specialty vehicle space. Re-engage past contacts, work inbound leads fast, and consistently identify new accounts leveraging phone-first, multi-channel follow-through.
  • Run a disciplined sales cycle. Move deals through a clear 5-stage process: Prospect, Engaged, Qualified, Proposal Out, Closing; earning each stage rather than skipping steps. Confirm decision maker, need, and pricing before any contract goes out.
  • Own the deal end-to-end. You’re the quarterback on every opportunity which encompasses coordination, follow-through, and communication with dealers and internal teams (leadership, Customer Success, Ops) are on you.
  • Keep a clean pipeline. Update CRM (HubSpot) in near real-time with accurate stages, honest close dates, and notes that make your pipeline the source of truth, not a Friday-afternoon scramble.
  • Close the loop, every time. Every substantive conversation ends with a defined next step and a calendar invite before you hang up. No deal drifts from lack of follow-up.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5+ years of B2B sales experience selling audience, listings, leads, or data subscriptions to automotive dealers or sellers. For example, background at a dealer-facing marketplace, classifieds/listings platform, lead-gen provider, or dealer software/data company.
  • A track record of outbound phone prospecting and closing subscription deals in the range of $500 to $5,000+/month. You know how to build a target list and work it, not just field inbound.
  • Command of basic sales fundamentals: qualification discipline (decision maker, need, pricing), objection handling, and a bias toward closing rather than over-nurturing.
  • Comfort operating with real autonomy in a remote, fast-cycle sales environment. You don’t need heavy hand-holding to stay productive.
  • Strong CRM hygiene and written communication. You close loops in writing, not just verbally.
  • Genuine interest in or familiarity with the automotive or collector-car space is a plus, but sales fundamentals and dealer-selling experience matter more than passion for cars.
