Now Hiring: Sales Manager, Franchise & Major Dealer Accounts

CLASSIC.COM is looking for a Sales Leader to help build and scale our Franchise Dealer Accounts business. This role owns the strategy and execution behind how we partner with franchise dealerships, dealer groups, and large multi-store independent dealers, from defining the playbook to turning relationships into long-term growth.

This person will be central to our next phase of expansion, establishing our presence with franchise dealer groups and helping turn that momentum into a repeatable, durable sales engine. It’s a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think strategically, execute decisively, and bring strong industry relationships to the table.

This full-time remote position is open to US-based candidates and follows Eastern Time hours.


What you’ll own:

  • Help build the end-to-end sales strategy for franchise stores, dealer groups, and multi-store independents.
  • Develop repeatable sales processes, KPIs, forecasting methods, and pipeline management for large dealer accounts.
  • Open new major accounts using your existing relationships within the franchise and dealer group ecosystem.
  • Execute full-cycle enterprise sales: prospecting, presentations, multi-stakeholder navigation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Partner with product and leadership teams to influence roadmap needs for high-value dealer integrations.
  • Represent CLASSIC.COM at conferences, industry events, and dealer group leadership meeting if necessary.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the competitive landscape and where CLASSIC.COM delivers differentiated value.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years selling technology or marketing solutions into auto dealerships (e.g., third-party listing platforms, DMS/CRM providers, digital retailing tools, data platforms).
  • Proven experience selling into franchise stores and dealer groups at a senior level.
  • A strong network of dealer principals, GSMs, group leaders, and OEM relationships that you can activate immediately.
  • Demonstrated success in enterprise or major account sales with long sales cycles and multi-layer decision makers.
  • Thrives on calling  50+ dealers a day.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with willingness to execute hands-on in the early stages.
  • Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to earn trust quickly with high-profile clients.
