At CLASSIC.COM, we’re always looking for ways to connect serious buyers with the right cars – and now we’re making the process even better. This month, we’re rolling out our new Make Offer program, designed to make the offer process safer and more reliable for everyone.
How it Works
- Buyer clicks the Make Offer button on a Verified Seller listing.
- Buyer completes an optional verification process.
- Offers are limited to within 20% of the asking price, so Sellers only get serious inquiries.
- Negotiation happens through CLASSIC.COM
- Buyer details remain anonymous until and offer is accepted, giving them confidence and privacy.
- Once accepted, the Buyer’s contact information is shared with the Seller, and both parties commit to act in good faith to close the deal within 30 days.
- Seller pays a $499 Success Fee* once the sale is closed. There is no buyer’s fee.
Why Sellers Love It
- More exposure – accounts with offers activated get advanced promotion on our platform.
- Qualified leads – every offer comes from a serious buyer.
- Time savings – fewer tire-kickers, more real opportunities.

Dealer FAQs
- What is the Success Fee? The Seller is invoiced a $499 Success Fee* for every accepted offer. Payment is due once the sale closes.
- Do I have to pay for every offer? You are only invoiced for the Success Fee on offers that you accept, and payment is due only after the sale closes. You can choose whether to accept or deny any offer.
- Will I still get Email and Phone leads? Yes. Buyers can still contact you directly via phone or email. This is a new feature for buyers who want advanced privacy, and sellers who want increased exposure to serious buyers.
- Why are the offers anonymous? To respect the privacy of Buyers which, in turn, encourages more offers.
* Success Fee subject to change. The applicable fee will be shown in the offer details at the time of acceptance.
